The waiters were very on hydration, 2 people came after our main waiter had left, but that just fun and the food and setting and the cat robots that deliver food was just making the experience so worth it, when I visit Canada again, I will go there

We went there for lunch to experience the robot for the first time. I don’t know why the robot has a cat face but we really liked that. Friendly staff and we really liked the tempura shrimp. The hand rolls were a highlight we enjoyed all four that we had. Actually, we liked everything we tried today. The deep fried bananas were oily but great when paired with vanilla ice cream. The mocha mousse was outstanding.
I have eaten at 168 sushi twice now, and both experiences have been wonderful. For my recent 40th birthday dining experience , the servers are friendly and responsive as well as prompt and the atmosphere is clean and comfortable. I was pleasantly greated by a serving entertainment addition which is the robot that helps serve food and sings happy birthday to their guests! The servings are wonderfully presented and taste delicious, for the avid sushi lover this is my go to and worth the 40 minute drive out of my home town to visit. The selections are chosen on a tablet and service is fast and wonderful. Can't wait to return for another great sushi experience.
Very neat concept! It was my first time coming here. Kids would definitely enjoy it, as well as adults. You get to order on a pad and a robot comes by with your food, gives you commands on picking it up and then says goodbye and drives off automatically. It can also sing happy birthday! It’s neat to see... The food is really good. It’s pretty much all you can eat and you can keep ordering dishes on the little pad as the robot brings them away nice and warm from the kitchen. The food tasted more freshly made than a buffet tbh...deep fried items were truly crispy and warm like they would be if fried fresh. It was a great experience for me and I highly recommend it!
We had an amazing dining experience! The all-you-can-eat menu offered a wide variety of fresh and flavorful sushi, hot dishes, and desserts. Ordering through the iPad system was super convenient, and everything arrived quickly and exactly as requested. A special shoutout to Dave, our server – he was absolutely fantastic! Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He made sure we were well taken care of the entire time. The atmosphere was clean and relaxed, making it easy to enjoy the meal. With delicious food, excellent service, and great value, we’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!
I have done a lot of AYCE sushi places in my day and let me tell you for this price this one is pretty amazing. Good portions of fish that was very fresh, all the stuff is fried/cooked perfectly and FAST. Favs were the scorched salmon, salmon sashimi, the lamb skewers, and shrimp tempura.5 stars I was impressed. The wait staff was a bit below average. Super fast, but didnt say hello, thankyou, or have a nice night at any point. Would have also loved to be offered some sriracha or spicy mayo.i was here wednesday at 8pm about 1.5h before close so take that as you will.
David was accommodating and readily available for all my sashimi and sushi needs. My kid absolutely loved the kitty robot that visited our table with yummy treats. We really enjoyed that if you rub the robot kitties ears you get a multitude of reactions that are fun to explore. The bathrooms were clean and smelling fresh, and parking is ample. Even during dinner rush, we were sat reasonably quickly and catered too immediately. We love 168 Sushi Asian Buffet Bar! Always a good choice ;)
